For over 30 years, JB Maintenance & Supply, Inc. has proudly provided commercial janitorial and facility maintenance services to businesses throughout South Florida. What began as a family-owned company founded by Jim Bullis has grown through decades of hard work, dependable service, and long-standing relationships with our customers.

From the beginning, JB Maintenance has been built on a simple philosophy: provide quality work, be there when our customers need us, and treat every facility as if it were our own. That commitment has allowed us to serve businesses throughout Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami-Dade counties and build relationships with customers that have lasted for many years.

Following Jim's unexpected passing in 2018, his wife, Diana Bullis, stepped into the role of Owner and President, while their daughter, Tiffany Bullis, took on an expanded leadership role within the company. Having already worked in the family business for years, Tiffany assumed responsibility for much of JB Maintenance's day-to-day operations and became the company's Operations Manager. Together, Diana and Tiffany have continued the business Jim founded, combining the values and relationships JB was built on with the hands-on management, customer service, employee oversight, and operational leadership required to move the company forward.

Today, JB Maintenance provides commercial janitorial cleaning, porter services, carpet cleaning, floor care, stripping and waxing, pressure cleaning, bulk trash removal, and cleaning and paper product supply. Our fully trained and background-checked crew members serve a wide variety of commercial properties, with cleaning programs customized to each facility's individual needs.

While JB has grown and evolved over the years, one thing hasn't changed: we remain a hands-on, family-owned company. Our customers aren't simply account numbers. We believe in knowing the businesses we serve, maintaining open communication, responding when we're needed, and building lasting relationships.
